The Cataplana Experience is designed to highlight this cooking utensil that is unique to Portuguese cuisine. Already used by many international chefs, the cataplana makes it possible to cook seafood, fish, vegetables, meat, and even desserts, in a healthy and flavoursome manner.
During the event, a display will also be made of new prototypes for cataplanas, as imagined by Portuguese designers, who will be seeking to make this equipment even more versatile and easier to use
